• You must be a Muslim.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be an Australian citizen and live in Victoria.
• You must have a written character reference by a trustworthy member of the community.
• You must be single or legally divorced.
• Female applicants must have permission from their guardian in order to be on the database and their guardian’s point of contact.
