Covering the essentials of the Religion of Islam: Fiqh (laws), Tafseer (explanation of the Qur'an) & Hadeeth [statements and actions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)].

Classes will be held on Sundays focusing on the essentials of Islam in an easy to understand format, designed for Sisters only. Non-Muslims are welcome!

The course is run by Sr Aminah, who has extensive experience with teaching Islam and has been actively doing so for over 25 years.

The structure of the class is:

Fiqh: 30 mins
Tafseer: 60 mins
Hadeeth: 30 mins

Time: 10:30am – 12:30pm, Sundays (starting from 8th of January, 2012)
Location: IISNA 995a Sydney Road, Coburg North

All people are welcome to not only come along and participate in the classes, but also to meet and socialise with other Sisters and get a chance to access our wide range of Islamic resources such as books, DVDs, CDs and more.
